Note for Ana: the fields in brackets ([like this]) are tax and identification details that you need to fill in. The rest describes the actual processing: the form is sent through Web3Forms, and analytics is only activated if the visitor accepts cookies.

2. What data is collected

The contact form only collects the data you voluntarily provide: name, business name, email address and the content of your message. No special categories of data are collected.

The data is used exclusively to respond to your audit request or inquiry and, if you hire our services, to manage the professional relationship. It is not used to send unsolicited commercial communications and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Legal basis

The processing is based on your consent when submitting the form (article 6.1.a GDPR) and, where there is a contractual relationship, on the performance of the contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Processors and transfers

Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a service that receives the form content and forwards it by email. This may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. Website hosting is provided by [hosting provider].

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, in the event of a contractual relationship, for the legal retention periods required for tax and accounting purposes.
