Why my website brings no clients
You have a website. It's online. And yet the phone doesn't ring any more than before. It's not bad luck: it's almost always one of these five causes, and all of them can be checked.
01 Slow to load or not mobile-friendly
Most local searches happen on the phone. If your website takes too long to open or you have to zoom in to read the text, the visitor leaves before finding out what you offer. It's not a matter of taste: it's the top cause of lost clients.
02 It's not clear what the visitor should do
A website with no visible call to action leaves the decision hanging. If there's no clear button to book an appointment, call, or reserve, the visitor doesn't search for one: they close the tab and try another business.
03 You don't show up when people search in your city
You can have a beautiful website and still be invisible. If it isn't clear what you do and where you're located, either on the website or on your Google listing, you won't appear when someone searches for your sector in your city.
04 A generic template that doesn't build trust
An un-customized template, with stock photos and filler text, shows. When someone compares two businesses, they go with the one that looks more real and more cared for.
05 Contact details are hidden or wrong
A phone number that can't be tapped from mobile, outdated hours, or a form that goes nowhere. Each of these flaws is a missed call you don't even know you lost.
How this looks depending on your sector
First I tell you the truth about your website. Then, if you want, I fix it.
The next step
You can check these five causes yourself with the ten-sign checklist. If you'd rather have a written diagnosis of your specific website, that's exactly what the audit is: $300, and afterward you decide whether you want me to fix it.
